Take a half day tour to Sakkara to visit
the vast necropolis of ancient Memphis. Our first stop is Memphis
- the capital of the ancient kingdom and o ne of the most important
cities in the history of ancient Egypt. Then we will visit the
Al Harrania village to watch the kids weaving the carpet at
one of the famous schools. From here we drive to Sakkara to
see the famed "Step Pyramid" built by Zoser I in 2700
BC. It was the first Pyramid and is the world's oldest stone
Structure. From here on a clear day you can see some of the
area's 14 pyramids.
