Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you through formalities. Then you will be transferred in an A/C van to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo.
Day 2: Pyramids and Cairo’s landmarks
In the early morning, you will start your full day tour visiting Giza plateau where you Visit the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren Pyramid & Mykerinos Pyramid. Then move on to the Valley Temple where the Priests mummified the dead body of King Chephren. After that you will have a close-up look at The Sphinx, the legendary guardian that stands with its lion body and the head of a pharaoh.
Then you will move on to the world-famous Egyptian museum at Tahrir Square , The museum is huge and is crammed with thousands of artefacts that just blow the mind.
You will have your lunch in a good quality restaurant, full meal for each person but beverages not included.
Then continue to visit the Old Cairo Zone “Coptic Cairo” The area has the remnants of those cities which were capitals before Cairo, such as Fustat. This area is called religions compound as this special area serves as a perfect display for the three heavenly religions embraced in Egypt , you will visit the Babylon Fortress, the Hanging Church and other Coptic churches such as Abu Serga Church. The area has also Ben Ezra Synagogue and the Mosque of Amr ibn al-‘As the oldest mosque in Egypt and the whole Africa.
. Then you will stop at the Khan El Khalili Bazaar where you can browse and shop as you wish and also have a seat at the old style Cafes in the area.
Later, transfer to Giza railway station to board the sleeper train to Luxor. Dinner and breakfast on board the sleeper train. Overnight inside your compartment.

Day 3: Luxor Sightseeing
Upon arrival at Luxor train station, you will be met and assisted, then transferred to the sites of the Nile’s West Bank (Thebes), including the Valley of the Kings where there are more than 60 royal tombs carved into the rock . Then move on to the funerary temple of Queen Hatshepsut with its unique design as it has three terraces carved into the mountain. Then move on to the Colossi of Memnon that were made for Amenhotep III and were made from blocks of quartzite sandstone brought from Cairo by the river Nile 700 KM north of Luxor.
Then move on to the East bank to visit Karnak temple, (the largest religious site in the world and the place where all the kings and queens of ancient Egypt found it an honor to build and add a building bearing their names inside this great temple so it was built and modified over more than 2000 years). Everything here is on a gigantic scale. You will marvel at the great hypostyle hall where there is an amazing forest of 134 gigantic columns.
• Visit Luxor Temple, its outer part was built by Ramses II and decorated with military scenes narrating his famous battle against the Hittites. This temple also houses many columns, statues and various artifacts.

Day 4: Luxor / Aswan Sightseeing
After breakfast, transfer by an air-conditioned vehicle to Aswan in about 3-hour and half drive. Upon arrival at Aswan, you will be check-in at your hotel in Aswan, and then start your tour visiting the high dam of Aswan, one of the biggest dam in the world and considered an engineering miracle at the time of its construction. Uncover the long story and great struggle behind its construction, Suez canal nationalization, British, French and Israeli tripartite aggression on Egypt, hard work, social sacrifice made by the locals, rescue operation of submerged temples carried out by the UNESCO and more.
Then move on to Philae Temple, one of the most beautiful and magnificent temples in Egypt built for Goddess Isis. The temple was submerged under the Nile flood water for many years but a rescue operation was organized by UNESCO through dismantling the temple stone by stone and removing it to the current island of Philae. You can reach the temple only by a motor boat as it is built on an island.
Then have a relaxing sailing around Elephantine Island by a felucca boat. Then you will be back to hotel and overnight in Aswan.

Day 5: Abu Simbel Temples / Train to Cairo
Start your tour by a private air-conditioned vehicle to Abu Simbel Temples in about 3- hour and half one way drive. A breakfast box will be prepared and served to you in the early morning before starting your tour.
Upon arrival at Abu Simbel, you will you will visit the two Temples of Abu Simbel, the majestic temple of Ramsses II and the temple of Nefertari.
The temple of Ramsses II was cut into a solid rock mountainside. Its unique design reflects the glory and grandeur of Ramses II’s era during the New Kingdom. The Egyptian government and the UNESCO rescued this temple alongside with the other temple of his wife;Nefertari, from being submerged because of the floods. The temple is aligned in such a way that on two days of the year October 22 and February 22 (days of birth and coronation), the first rays of the rising sun penetrate the temple, shine into the inner sanctuary and light up the statues inside
Then return to Aswan where you will be transferred to Aswan railway station for the journey in the Sleeper train to Cairo in about 14 hours. Dinner and overnight will be on board the sleeper train.

Day 6: Back to Cairo
After breakfast on board the sleeper train, arrive at Giza train station and then transfer to your hotel in Cairo for a free time at leisure (you will check into your room as early as possible).
You can also enjoy any of the optional excursions available in Cairo such as visiting the Step Pyramid of King Zoser in Sakkara and the open air museum at Memphis. Overnight stay at your hotel in Cairo.
Day 7: Optional tour to Alexandria
Enjoy having a free day in Cairo or choose an optional tour to Alexandria City, the second biggest city in Egypt and it is known as the Pearl of the Mediterranean. The city which witnessed the most famous love story between Cleopatra and Julius Caesar and rivalled Rome in everything but military power. Upon arrival at Alexandria, you will visit Qaitbay the former site of the legendary light house of Alexandria. .the fort was built to defend Egypt from the advance of the Ottoman Empire. From the top of the citadel, you will have a Stunning sea views with a foreground of small fishing boats and in the distance, the sun- like disk of the new library. . Then move on The modern library was designed by a Norwegian architect at a total cost of 220 million$ and opened to the public in 2002.it takes the shape of a rising sun and intended to hold 8 million books in its vast space.. Then visit the Catacombs, The Catacombs are cut out of rock in the shape of circular shaft including three levels with a spiral staircase to a depth of about 35m with features unlike that of any other catacomb in the ancient world. The decorations inside the tombs combine between the ancient Egyptian and the ancient Roman art

Day 8: Cairo – Fly Back Home
Enjoy time of leisure in Cairo before being transferred to Cairo international Airport for your onward flight.
